The house in the traditional Montenegrin style with wonderful views of Budva Riviera . House was built 17th-18th century and completely restored in 2012 . The house is located on the pedestrian territory of the park   of the village Kuljace in 9 km from Budva and 400 meters above sea level . The house size is 152 square meters. The total area of the land is 200 square meters. House wall thickness of 1 meter. The roof is covered with tiles. Wooden doors and windows with double glazing . The floors are tiled. The house has a terrace , a veranda and a patio. The house consists of three floors. On the basement floor : entrance hall , workshop, storage room , bedroom, bathroom . On the ground floor there is a living room with a veranda . On the third floor are the bedrooms are 15 and 21 square meters and a second bathroom . Both bedrooms have separate access to the sun terrace. All rooms are equipped with heating system Thermor, the Living room has a canadian wood-burning stove of 8kw yet. Bedrooms are air-conditioned Aux .
